You are getting this error message because you might have software installed on your computer that's blocking URL referrer settings from being sent to our server. Some common software that allows you to configure refer information blocking includes ( but not limited to); Norton Internet Security/Personal Firewall or the ZoneAlarm software, and certain Internet browsers.
Please refer to the solutions below to troubleshoot the problem for the given software.

Customize security settings in Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall 2006
1. Open Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall.
2. Double click Privacy Control.
3. Click Advanced.
4. Click Add Site.
5. Type quicktrip.innosked.com (Don't add 'WWW.' to the URL)
6. Click OK. An entry is added to the list for that Web site. If the Web site was already listed, it is not added again.
7. In the left frame, click the name of that Web site.
8. In the right frame, click the Global Settings tab
9. Under Information about your browser, uncheck Use default settings.
10. Click Permit.
11. Under Information about visited sites, uncheck Use default settings.
12. Click Permit.
13. Under Scripts, uncheck Use default settings.
14. Click Permit.
15. In the right frame, click the User Settings tab.
16. Under Java applets, uncheck Use default settings.
17. Click Permit.
18. Under ActiveX controls, uncheck Use default settings.
19. Click Permit.
20. Click OK.
21. Click OK again.
22. Exit the program.

1. Open Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall.
2. Double click Privacy Control.
3. Click Advanced.
4. Click Add Site.

6. Click OK. An entry is added to the list for that Web site. If the Web site was already listed, it is not added again.

Customize security settings in Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall 2001/2002
1. Open Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall
2. Click Options, and then click Internet Security (or Personal Firewall).
3. Click Advanced Options.
4. Click the Web tab.
5. Click Add Site.
6. Type the URL quicktrip.innosked.com (Don't add 'WWW.' to the URL)
7. Click OK. This step adds an entry to list for that Web site. Note that if the Web site was already listed, this action does not add another entry.
8. In the left frame, click the name of that Web site.In the right frame, click the Active Content tab.
9. If Script is set to Block, change the setting to Permit (or to Allow all script to execute, depending on your Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall version).
10. Click the Privacy tab.
11. Look at the Use these rules for quicktrip.innosked.com (Don't add 'WWW.' to the URL) check box.
12. If the box is not checked, then this setting is not blocking referrer information. Continue with step 16.
13. If the box is checked and the Referrer box is set to Block, change the setting to Permit.
14. Click Apply.
15. Click OK. This closes Advanced Options
16. Click OK again
17. Exit the program.
Enable Sending URL Referrer on Browsers
Some of the browser also prevent sending URL referrer. Listed below are the methods to enable the function on some of the major browsers.
Internet Explorer 6
1. Launch Internet explorer window
2. From the menu bar select Tool->Internet Options
3. Select Security tab.
4. Click Trusted Sites then Sites
5. Add quicktrip.innosked.com (Don't add 'WWW.' to the URL) in the box provided and click Add
6. Uncheck the box that requires https verification
7. Click the Privacy tab (Medium is an acceptable setting on the slider).Click Sites and again enter quicktrip.innosked.com (Don't add 'WWW.' to the URL)
8. Click Allow
9. Click Apply -> OK
Mozilla FireFox
Warning: this method may be considered as a privacy risk as all sites will recieve referrers.
1. Launch FireFox browser
2. In the URL address bar, type about:config
3. This should load a page which has reference to entries in about:config
4. Under the content section, look for Network. Click on Network to see the Network settings table.
5. Select network.http.sendRefererHeader
6. Scroll down to Possible values and their effects
7. By Default Referrer header setting is set to 2. If it's set to 0 please change it to 2 to send Referer header.

Opera
1. By default URL referrer setting is turned on Opera
2. If you have it turned off. Please follow the steps given below:

4. From menu bar select Tools -> Preferences ->Privacyand enable URL Referrer setting.
